Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SolaKit. By downloading, installing, or using the SolaKit mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License & Intellectual Property

SolaKit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on your mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All software algorithms, user interface designs, brand assets, and features remain the exclusive intellectual property of SolaKit / IOWave.

2. User Content Ownership

You retain 100% copyright, ownership, and full rights to all photos, collages, scanned documents, star maps, and edited creations generated using SolaKit. We claim zero ownership or rights over your media files. By using SolaKit you confirm that you have the rights to any content you edit within the app.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Pro Subscriptions: Premium features, 4K exports, and unlimited tool access are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time passes processed through Google Play Billing.
• Billing & Cancellations: Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Account Settings. We do not issue refunds outside of Google Play's standard refund policy.
• Free Tier: Free-tier users have access to core features supported by advertising (see Section 4).

4. Advertising

Free-tier users will see banner and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier of SolaKit you consent to the display of these ads. Upgrading to a Pro subscription removes all advertising. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SolaKit for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent identification documents, violating copyright laws, generating harmful or infringing content, or attempting to reverse-engineer the application's algorithms.

6. Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by submitting a request via our contact page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SolaKit is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. In no event shall SolaKit or IOWave be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. SolaKit is available globally; however, by using the app you agree that any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SolaKit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
