Delete My Account & Data

What gets deleted: Your account profile, saved preferences, and any server-side data associated with your account are permanently removed within 7 days of your request.

Your photos and edited images are stored only on your device — they are never uploaded to our servers and require no deletion from our end.

Data that may be retained: anonymised crash/analytics logs required by law, and billing records for paid subscriptions (retained per financial regulations).

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You may re-register at any time with the same phone number.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open SolaKit on your device
  2. Go to Profile / Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion
